I just graduated from college two months ago. My degree is in Computer Information Systems. I do not have experience in my field yet. How can I land a job with 0 years of IT work experience?

You aren't alone! Many thousands of people graduate with IT degrees every year, and their IT skills make them amongst the most employable of all graduates.
Your degree isn't a ticket to success though - you'll need to demonstrate your employability first. Your resume is key to this, so make sure that you format it concisely and push the interesting / elevant parts to the top.
Don't forget to mention IT-related projects that you might have conducted, either as part of your degree or extra-curricula. If you have an online portfolio or demontrations, include urls (as short as possible!) to these.
