Why Is It Important To Respect A NCO?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

It is important because if you don't, one of several things can happen:

    • You will be placed on report for disobedience or disrespect

    • Your performance evaluations will be low and it will be difficult for you to advance to higher pay grades

    • Your NCO will give you the dirtiest, most meaningless job therer is to give a junior

    • Your NCO will place you into the "lame and lazy" category, marking you among your peer

Your NCO can be your best friend or your worst enemy.  There is no middle ground.

    Carry on.
