Now more or less in all the countries of the world married couples celebrate this occasion as a renewal of their love with each other and make each other realize that even after so many of their marital years they still are concerned to each other.

Gifts and greetings are exchanged on these occasions, people and relatives are invited on big feasts and wedding anniversary is celebrated in a high fashion. No doubt rich people and poor people celebrate it according to their position but this occasion has become more or less a type of tradition in every society of the world.
