My daschund is walking really slow and she shakes a lot when i go to touch her but she doesn't cry or yelp. She will go down stairs but not up and every time she hears the doorbell she will jump from the couch with no problem. What is wrong? Help me please does she have a slip disc

The most common way to know if your daschund has a slip disc is through X-ray. Bring the dog to a vet if he/she whines every time you hold his/her back. Slip disc usually occur in dog breeds that have short and thick legs. It often results to abnormal development of the cartilage.
