What Are The Risks And How It Is Associated With Business?

Risks are the factors which are unpredictable and can cause any damage to the business or individual property of any person who is doing business. There are many types of risk which includes political risks, economic risk and legal risks. In political risk there are many chances of danger if any one setup up his business in any country where the political situation is not stable and the government change after every six months then there is constant risk for the business because if one government make some policies and other government comes and changes those policies then it would be a big problem for that business.

So the political risks are the major risks for the business and the business can not do anything to protect itself from them. The other type of risk for the business is social risk in social risks there is chance of acceptability of any product or service in a foreign culture. So if the business fails to study the social risks he might fail to carry his business in that country. If any product which is introduced by any company and it is forbidden in the country where he is doing business so it would great loss for him people will not use that product because it is religiously or socially not acceptable.
