    Cancelation Of My US Multiple Entry Visa How Can I Regain My Visa Again?

    I travel US for several times using b1/b2 visa but unfortunately on my 4th travel I had a problem with the officer who insisted that I am selling products of the Company I am affiliated with. The purpose was business trip and convention but when they found out that the company sells through network marketing they thought that I am selling and employed of the company. They cancel my 10 yrs multiple visa at the Minneapolis port of entry and forced me to return from where I came from. Please advise.

    According to my knowledge, If you have been deported out of US on serious charges like this, you will not be given the US visa again. This is because once you get blacklisted, it always remains in the contact, and whenever, you will try to get a visa again, they will know due to your previous record. So unfortunately it wont be possible for you to get a visa again. I suggest send someone else in your place if yourself, if you want to continue doing business in the US.
