I Have A Pinched Nerve In My Low Back And A Very Sore Left Knee. How Are They Related?

Spinal cord is responsible for coordination with other parts of the body and brain. It send many signals to brain to process and also control movements of certain organs through nerves which carry messages. IF the nerve coordinating knee is pinched can develop problems that you are having.
