I am 32 years old and I have just found out I'm pregnant ,I would like to know how do I explain this to my teenage children? I already have a hard time talking to them about everyday issues so please give me some ideas?

Having a child at this age is not a problem; the point is you're scared how your children will react to it. The only possible ways to know this is talk to them and tell them what the issue is. Until you don't talk to them you will never know what they have to say about it. And it's better if you tell them before, they find out about this from someone else. You have all the rights to give birth if you want to and you have to tell your kids that you want this baby. And make them feel good about the new, instead of feeling bad about it.
Show them the positive side to it. Tell them that they are now big and responsible kids and that they have to take care of the new coming baby. See if you show that you're scared of how your children will react to it then it's very obvious that they will object to it, but if you just tell them that you're pregnant and you are happy about it. They will be completely fine with it. And all this will be just for the time being, once you deliver the baby they will be happy as ever, because the feeling of having a baby sibling is just amazing. So don't worry about how they will react and just go ahead and talk to them.

I agree just talk to them because they are old enough to understand what's going on and in the end they might be happy.
