How Long Does It Take For Your Hair To Grow Back After Cancer?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

It shouldn't take too long, but you can speed up the hair growth process by purchasing vitamins from your local health food store which are especially designed for the hair.
You need not purchase the most expensive brand, as most of them have the same ingredients.
They will help replace what the chemo took away and supply your body with things like Keratin and Protein which you need for good hair health and growth.
Have seen very good results from a client who took them faithfully after her chemo treatments.
The average head of hair grows about 1/2 inch per month, but being ill can affect this process and slow it down, so the vitamins are a good idea to get your system back on track.
    Good luck to you.
