Why Was The Concentration Camp Of Auschwitz Important In The Holocaust?

    My family and I have a friend who is a Nazi hunter and from what I've learned, Auschwitz was the camp where the most amount of Jews died. Also, the concentration camp where the most amount of atrocities took place. Like torture, experimentations, using Jewish infants as baseballs and so on.
