    Does Pneumonia Cause Dizziness?

    Doctor said i had pneumonia but I also have been dizzy with spinning for 2 weeks, is this a symptom of pneumonia?

      chest pain, abdominal pain , decreased activity, loss of appetite. No, dizziness is not the symptom of pneumonia
