Where Is Monte Carlo?

Monte Carlo is situated in Monaco. Having a population of 30,000 this place is famous for its fashion shows, formula one circuit and the world championship boxing matches. Monte Carlo is one of the leading tourist resorts in Europe; it's also famous for its gambling, glamour and sighting of well known people for decades. This makes Monte Carlo one of the wealthiest places in Monaco.

Monte Carlo has been covered by tramways linking most of Monte Carlo and Monaco since the early 1900's and 1953.Montecarlo has around 14 hotels out of which 9 are ranked as four star hotels and above. French is the official language but Italian and English is commonly understood. Americans and visitors from the European Union do not require a visa in order to visit Monte Carlo.
