I am a diabetic and I get a burning pain in my instep of one foot. I understand that it is Peripheral Neurophy. IThe pain is now and then but what can I do to relieve the pain when it happens?

This is a sign of neuropathy, one of consequences of diabetes. To treat this control sugar first and then takes medicine. Usually non-steroidal anti-inflammatory is used. There are some medicines which treat/delay neuropathies in diabetic patients. Consult your doctor.
