Are `Buy To Let` Deals With Deposits Paid An Attractive Investment?

Assuming the demand for tenants is good. assuming the Royal Institue of Chartered Surveyors have clearly agreed that rent covers the mortgage and that the value of the property is relative to the local market...Surely buying a buy to let investment with your 15% paid is a no brainer or am i wrong? I would be interested to draw on the views of 'investment specialists' as what i describe is scenario of purchasing investment property with built in equity and the strong possibility of capital growth...This should make an interesting debate I feel

That's weird - I went to the same companies seminar on property investment in manchester and found it really useful. I didn't go on the longer course afterwards as I'm not planning to invest this year so going to wait until it's nearer the time (seeing as things change so much so quickly) but I would definitely recommend it.

There are a lot of free resources out there for people wanting to learn more about the property investment market. One of theses is a company called Property Mentor, they do free, no obligation  seminars on property investment and buy to let is part of this seminar.
