    BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. It is a form of business where operations and responsibilities in a particular business function are contracted to a third part service provider. BPO services an range from manufacturing to raw material supply to back office outsourcing like billing, purchasing, technical support and marketing etc.

    On the other hand, a call center is an office that is centralized in nature and is used for sending and receiving requests by telephone. It is basically operated by a company so that incoming product support or information inquires from customers can be administered.

    Call centers can be outsourced in the form of a BPO. Thus, we can say that call centre is a form of BPO.
