I miss my friend eugene and i want him to be back to me as soon as he can but he don't want to be around me i need to know why

Find out the reason he is angry from you and you must get clarify all things to him so that he does not continue this kind of behavior with you and communicate with him.

Call him, ask him if you can get together. Ask him what has changed? Ask him if you did something to upset him? If you did do something to hurt him, apologize and ask for his forgiveness. If so try to work it out, he may or may not respond. Remember it takes two to work out it out. I wish you luck!
