What Tips Or What Is The Best Way To Advertise To Give Away Some Cats To A Guaranteed GOOD Home?

I MUST give away 8 cats ASAP!!! Small female stray was pregnant. I took her inside my home because I knew she would have trouble having kittens, since she was such a small cat. She had 7 kittens. Would like to give them away in pairs if at all possible. Have had no luck with animal sanctuaries, so far, and I CANNOT bring myself to just give them to ANYONE. MUST BE A GOOD HOME!!! How would I guard against giving them away to someone who truly would not be a good home for them?
