I discussed the toad exposure in your other question.  Insect bites can cause a local reaction-small bump or swelling, a hypersensitivity reaction-facial swelling, itching; or anaphylactic shock--this happens rapidly, they will often collapse have a weak pulse, sometimes will have vomiting and diarrhea.  Shock is a serious, life threatening problem-it needs immediate veterinary attention.  It does not sound like this is what your dog is experiencing.
I would have your dog examined by a veterinarian.  Dietary indiscretion, foreign body obstruction, toxins, and intestinal parasites are just some of the things that cause diarrhea and vomiting in puppies.  Your veterinarian may want to take some x-rays of the abdomen, run a fecal exam to test for parasites, administer fluid therapy for rehydration and may prescribe appropriate medication.
