Why Do You Consider A Change In Employment?

Most people consider a change in employment at some time in their working lives.

You may want to chnge employment for a large number of reasons.

Some people don't get satisfaction from the job they're doing. Low pay is another factor as is lack of oppurtunity for promotion. Some people do not like working for an employer and try self-employment which can offer rewards in flexibility of working hours. The downside of self-employment is insecurity as work may cease to flow, illness may effect work caperbilities if this is a one person business.

Some people may feel that their job is lacking in any challenges and seek employment which offers personal challenge. Others may move on because they are unhappy with the work environment and the people around them. Some jobs such as the armed forces may be considered too dangerous and safer employment is then a better option.
