Lol  sperm is whitish in color and it only takes one to get you pregnant. But that one has to work very hard to get you pregnant.

Colour depends on specific male and diet, and, takes one sperm cell to make you pregnant, the younger you are the more chance of pregnancy, e.g at 16 you would be highly fertile where as at 45 you would have less chance of having a healthy egg in phillopean tube. But 80 years olds have had children so you never know.

Sperm cells are microscopic.  So there shouldn't be any color.  Sperm is carried in the semen which is the fluid that is ejaculated by the male during orgasm.  Semen is usually whitish clear in color.  There are many sperm cells in a drop of semen.  So it doesn't take much semen to cause pregnancy.  Only one sperm will penetrate the egg and develop into an embryo.  Once the sperm enters the egg, the other sperm cannot penetrate the egg.
