What Would Cause Severe Pain In Leg Only When Sitting?
Severe pain only when sitting pain goes away when standing or walking.

The pain in your leg while sitting
position can be due to an injury, trauma, muscle pull, pressure on the muscles,
a pinched nerve, electrolyte imbalance or dislocation of the supporting
