A trade apprenticeship is practices in which student who are fresh graduates from the universities who are given an opportunity to work with the businesses who are already working in the market to know the practical work.  There are many types of internship programs one is Indentured Apprenticeships which are for a fixed period of time and the employees are for the probation period.  These apprenticeships are signed by the employer and employees. The second category is trainee apprenticeships are usually for the shorter period of time and there is no probation period in case of trainee apprenticeship. The other category is trainee ship in which students are hired to give some practical exposure and they are not paid any monetary reward.

So there are many trade apprenticeships offered every year through newspaper and other sources so in many field apprenticeships are offered like news and media, medical doctors, researchers, engineers, production and Marketing and sales. So many companies hire employees for the apprenticeships who do not have much experience and are fresh in the market. These students or graduates are gone through the rigorous training and provided some industry work experience.  So this way one can get apprenticeships easily and can start his career.
