This is very different idea presented by you and i don't think so there is some picture available on the internet like a heart driving a car or a heart sitting in the car.

 I think that you should do the design yourselves or ask a professional designer to do it. Maybe it wiill take less time than trying to find an existing picture.
Find a race car that you like, trace it or draw it in illustrator or photoshop, and draw a heart on it. Don't forget to do both subjects, car and heart in the same style and technique, otherwise it won't look well.
