My dog is pregnant and she should be having her litter any time soon, so could you give me any signs of when she goes in labour please?

Start taking her temp... When it drops below 100*, she'll almost surely start labor within the next 24 hrs. Sometimes the first sign is a slimy a discharge in any number of colors... Shockingly including blue and green. Sometimes the first sign is when you notice she's been away from you for a little while, and you find her under your desk.. Or in your closet.. Cleaning up a pup!

She may start to show signs of making a nest a few days before the pups are due. As the time gets nearer she will become restless, getting up, lying down, and changing her position frequently and she may paw and scratch at her bedding.
Loss of appetite is usually a sure sign that whelping (giving birth) is approaching.
Milk can be expressed from the nipples near or at the time of birth in those bitches having their first litter and about 4 days prior to whelping in those bitches which have had one or more litters previously. If you are used to taking your dogs temperature it is a good indicator as it drops several degrees just before whelping. Good luck !!
