My Kitten Just Vomit. What Does It Means?

We just got the kitten from a friend of mine, the mother died in an accident so she picked the kitten and left it next to the road. I felt pity and took it home. I feed them with water and some dry food that i bought earlier, not much knowledge on cats, so i put in a cage with towels and light so that it can help to warmth the kitten and i saw one of the kitten had vomiting, what was the cause of it? What is the food or something else? Help me

It is normal if the cat vomit some times, eats after, pass stool and does not look ill. If she is vomiting regularly then it can be due to hairballs, eating problems like change of diet, eating grass, food intolerance. It can also be due to parasites, poisons, GI tract diseases etc. If this is the case then visit to vet.

How old was the kitten? Did you fed it adult cat food or cat food specially made for kittens? I agree with rayoflight it is normal but its probably the food, wait a couple of days if they are still acting the same way then bring them to the vet A.S.A.P. But for now change the food and wait about 2 or 3 days and see what happens
