What Horse Would YoU Recommend A Beginner Who Wants To Be In Pony Club?
I am looking for a horse but cant decide which horse to choose there are too many even if they are placid i have to have thoughts on it though. Thanks

Well, I recommend Gelding for your Pony Club. There are also many other horses and mares which are good for pony club but a Gelding having Chestnut Color and Size: 15.3HH is my favorite.

A quiet natured horse. Getting a horse that is tall can be a bit daunting for a learner rider so a horse about 14hh will be good. When you go to check out the horses you are interested in, watch how they interact with the people around it. If its ears are flat back all the time, it's not necessarily that much of a friendly horse but one that looks like its on edge (constantly looking around, whites of the eyes showing) maybe a bit flighty. Ask to go for a ride on the horse, even if that means you are being lead around. If the horse has been described as "bombproof" you may have a good horse on your hands. A lot of children's horses have generally done what pony club has to offer so ask what activities the horse has been part of.

I think geldings are the best for beginners, they are usually patient, and gentler than most horses! Or if a friend has a horse they are selling, get to know it, if you like this horse, than try to get one that you either know, or a gelding.

A gelding which is bombproof and good with beginners. It depends on your age, but probably something like a quarter horse or something else.
