After Trauma To One Of My Feet, I Now Have Very Cold Toes, But Only When I Get Into Bed At Night, More In The Winter Than The Summer, And Tingling, Going Up The Leg; What Is Wrong?

I am not diabetic, and the pain started right after I was struck hard on one toe, and twisted the ankle pretty bad. It hurts most at night, very bad. Is this nerve damage, and how much worse can it get?

The tingling sounds very much like nerve damage, but you should have some tests done to see if your blood circulation has been damaged, as this would explain the cold and the tingling. ( Nerves need blood too).  At the very least have a doctor or podiatrist check your pulses and listen to your circulation with a Doppler machine.
A blood pressure check called an ABPI could also be informative.
