      Well its either he doesn't want to mate with her,she is pushing him away or she is already pregnant.if she is pregnant she will become tired or doopy through out the day and if one night you happen to call her and she doesn't come that means she is hiding having her pups or she has already had them but is frightened to come out and see what you want.
