I am a spa professional and it really depends on the treatment.
I think that 10 yrs old is too young for facial, body treatments, and massage in an adult spa but a manicure or pedicure is appropriate.
Many 10 yr olds are just too fidgety for long treatments, service providers are not baby-sitters, and is it fair to the adult guests who have come for a little peace and quiet?
Many spas offer spa parties for tweens specifically.
These are usually short and use mild products.
Unless your spa caters to young people, an at home spa party would probably be your best bet.
