Exfoliate, scrub- gently- , and add honey to the area desired-wait 5 minutes- then wash off. Good Luck!!!

AVON has a product called Skin bump minimizing lotion, It works really well, and is very inexpensive I order my lotion off of ebay , and I swear by it, it really works, it is worth trying before you buy any of the expensive products that they have. I hope this helps you may have Keratosis pilaris which from what i hear cannot be cured, but there are products that will minimize the bumps.
