Sorry John007, I don't know what site you got your numbers but they are way off. I'm a second year Med tech student. Reference ranges are ingrained in my mind...lol.. These are the correct NORMAL reference ranges for White Blood Cells:

    Relative and Absolute reference ranges:
    Basophils 0-2%, 0-0.2x109/ L
    Eosinophils 0-3%, 0-0.3x109/ L
    Lymphocytes 20-40%, 1.0-4.0x109/ L
    Neutrophils 50-7-%, 2.5-7.0x109/ L
    Monocytes 3-10%, 0.15-1.0x109/ L
    Bands 0-6%, 0.2-1.0x109/ L

White blood cells also called leukocytes. These cells are related with immune system and their function is to fight against infection. They constitute 1% of the blood. There are 5 types of WBC.

      1. Basophils (<1%)
      2. Eosinophils (1-6%)
      3. Lymphocytes ( T and B cells) (25-33%)
      4. Neutrophlis (54-62%)
      5. Monocytes (2-8%)
