Answer Question

In general you need to firstly set your cell phone into Bluetooth broadcast mode. You then launch your Windows XP Bluetooth Setup Wizard or other such software. Essentially you need to use the various settings on your PC in order to actually pair up with your cell. Also, ensure your PC actually has Bluetooth capabilities to being with. You requite to initially set up your cellular phone as a Bluetooth device on your PC.

Typically, you would need to launch the setup via clicking the "My Bluetooth Places" icon you see on your desktop. Generally, the second option (dealing with "a specific Bluetooth device") would be what you want.

Finally, to use that particular file later, simply browse to the particular folder wherein you received that application or file from the PC.
