    Does Anyone Know Of An Actual Www Address Besides Googling Where I Can Find Approval For Trademarking A Tagline That I Want To Use As My Business Slogan.

    I've tried googling and the tagline phrase that I'm interested in has popped up. I'm not sure if it's trademarked or not. The tr symbol doesn't seem to appear but I just want to be safe and legal of course.

    Its not a copyright. It is called as trademarks. Copyrights are for course, films, music, poetry, books etc. The word trademark is used for products , services, logos, slogans. Etc.

    How do you apply for a trademark in your area? Best thing will be to ask them about your desired slogan. OR Go to Google, and type your slogan. You will find out if it is already engaged. That always work.
