    Anyone Tell Me How Do I Get My Name Off The Title Of A Car And Clear Out Of A Car Loan ? I Was Helping Out Someone To Get A Car And Now They Trying To Stiff Me.

    MY GIRLFRIEND AND I GOT A car together about 1 yr ago and the auto place where we got the car used my credit because mines was higher.So the car is in my name and a loan was taking out .we are no longer together.

    Dear! In this case you must talk to the other one for whom you have taken a loan and get a car, because the name cannot be taken out without the full payment of the loan. The second option is to talk to the authorities and they will tell you the way out.
