Vomiting can be caused by dietary indiscretion, foreign body obstruction, intestinal parasites, or viral infections.  If the vomiting continues this kitten may need to be seen before Monday.  When kittens get hypoglycemic, dehydrated, and hypothermic they can fade away quickly.  Make sure the kitten is not becoming cold.  Try to syringe feed Pedialyte or stop by the pet store and pick up some kitten milk replacer then use it to make a gruel with kitten food and syringe feed it.  Oral treatments--all you can do at home--will not work if the vomiting continues.  Call your local shelter to see if they have a veterinarian on duty through the weekend or find the closest emergency clinic.
