1996 Wind Star. Power Steering Quit.rack Or Pump. No Leaks,belt Good. What's The Matter?
1996 ford windstar power steering quit. how do i tell if its the pump or rack?no leaks,full of fluid,belt good.no power steering at all.

You can check the pump by loosening the pressure line to the rack and then start the engine and if fluid sprays out I would say probably the rack, However try flushing the system first!
