What Can I Do For My 1yr Old Puppy? He Hardly Eats Anything.

Has he recently had a change in his food. They do like consistency. If it continues for much longer, you really should think about taking the pup in to have him checked out. You sure don't want him to lose much more weight. Hope this helps, good luck.

Try mixing some wet food with his dry food. It might be the kind of dog food you are giving him. Try a different kind but it might be because he has worms check it when he goes#2 and see if you can find worms in it. If so go to the pet store or walmart and get dewormer meds. If not better in a couple of days get him to the vet also try giving him some watered down milk so it will keep him hydrated.

Hi, this may not help, but I have a 10 yr. Old toy poodle and she eats Tyson (only Tyson) chicken breasts.  I boil two at the time (I buy the frozen chicken breasts) for about 1 hr. 45 min. And store in frig and she's so small they last about 4 days.  Maybe you could try this!

Keep in mind that toy poodles are very small compared to people.  So a meal for them may be only 5-8 kibbles several times daily.  The fact that he is losing weight concerns me.  You have tried tempting his appetite with numerous foods so I do not think adding anything new or changing his diet again will solve this problem.
Have him examined by a veterinarian to make sure there is no underlying cause for his poor appetite and weight loss.
