    The Doctor Offered Me The Option Of Having My Blood Checked For Antibodies To The Rubella Virus. Would The Test Be Checking For Immunoglobulin M Or G (Igg Or IgG)?

    Rubella Virus causes German measles in children and adults. A rash is developed on the face which spread to trunk in affected person after 2-3 weeks of exposure. Rash take 3-5 days to recover. The Rubella Virus is diagnosed by blood test. It is tested positive by the Rubella Virus specific antibodies which are IgM.
