How Do I Plant And Maintain Hyacinth Mylar?

I recently purchased a pot of Hyachinth/Mylar and I'm not sure when and how I'm supposed to plant them. The weather is cold where I live. Can I plant them now or should I wait until warmer weather? The blooms have died off. I would also like to know how I can take care of them until I plant them. Thanks.

Mylar plant is a bulbous herb from the Hyacinthaceae family and is native to the eastern Mediterranean region which includes Iran and Turkmenistan. I have planted my forced hyacinths in my garden too.  I have found over the years that they revert to the species with loose heads of blooms. They just required ample sunlight and water.
