Try calling the boost mobile company, they may be able to give you a new code to access your voice mail.

Are you sure that works for all boost cell phones? I have the same problem right now,called boost care about another problem and that took a long time to fix. I do not want to spend another hour or so trying to change my password.
If this is your first time to access your voicemail, your default password is the last 7 digits of your mobile number. If you have changed it and forgot it, call the boost mobile customer care and they will reset the PIN for you back to its default PIN.
