To use your Fujifilm Finepix a510 digital camera as a web cam, you need to connect your camera to your computer with the help of a USB cable, which should be supplied with the camera, if not then you need to buy it on your own.
Once you connect your camera through the USB port, if the camera is a direct plug n play device then it will be detected by the computer easily. If it's not detected you need to download or install the software (if supplied with the camera).
After you have installed the camera with all the necessary drivers, your camera will be ready to use. By doing this you can convert your Fujifilm Finepix a510 digital camera in to a webcam.

I didn't ask you how to use it as a webcam,I asked you how to take pics off of my cam and onto da computer!!BYE
One other thing - with the Fujifilm range it's sometimes nesc to go into the options and set it to USB-DSC mode in order to work with Windows properly, and I think that one that I used to have required me to switch it into a different mode for use as a webcam, as opposed to just dragging pictures off of it to Windows.
