Ive had unprotected sex once for about 4 seconds Literally. She was 100% clean. Other than that Absolutely nothing. Ever since i can Remember ive had brown spots on my penis. 3 are circular shapes on my head and one is more of an oval shape on the "ring" of my penis head. They are brown in color and dont hurt. They are not raised or carry fluids. They dont feel Different., its just brown skin.

I'm being totally serious when I say this. They're bruises. Quit jerking off so much and/or so hard. You're just hurting yourself, man. Slow it down a bit, and use some lube. Lol.
