What Is Causing The Sore White Spots On My Tongue?
In the last two weeks I have had three mouth ulcers and now have several tiny white spots on my tongue which are very painful.

There are many reasons of painful sores on the tongue. It can be cold sores due to herpes, candidiasis , lichen planus and idiopathic leukoplakia. The proper treatment require differential diagnosis from the doctor in order to know the exact cause of your problem. So i advise you to visit a doctor for the diagnosis and treatment.

Ive had these spots before too and i went to a doc about it and he said that it was acidic fruits and veg that were causing it!!
So i avoided them, as well as, sour sweets and fizzy drinks. They've stopped coming as much but i still get them every couple months!
Still dont really know the real reason for them!
