Info On A Good Diet, Can Anyone Help Me?
I am a stay at home mother and I need to lose a lot of weight I've tried a lot of diets and non worked I don't have a lot of time to excercise or eat rights I walk here and there I never eat on time or even eat at all sometimes, I don't have a tyroid problem I had it checked so what can I do.

You and 60% of Americans share the same problem which is too big to discuss in 1000 words. 3 things you can do:
1. Discuss with your doctor and other health professionals and take their advice. They are not necessarily smarter than you are, but they do spend more time and have more resources than you do.
2. Go to a book store or library. Dash past the Cookbook Section and grab 3 books from the Diet/Health Section. Pick one tip from each to start.
3. Pretend you are a gazelle, slim and graceful, and live like one. Make your life simple and consistent. Nibble on green stuff slowly all day, but just enough to stop the hunger. Don't starve, but don't eat big meals just because the clock tells you to. Walk, jump, reach, bend, stretch …any chance you get…all day long and never rest. Eat no fat, little meat and starch. Avoid sugar and soda like poison. In no time at all, you'll notice how sweet plain water can taste. Our bodies have a marvelous ability to adjust. Smile and visualize how beautiful you really are.
