Where Is Rüdesheim?

Rüdesheim is located in Hesse (Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis) in Germany. It is situated on the right bank of the river Rhine and towards the southern entrance of the Lorelei Valley. Its official name is Rüdesheim am Rhein so as to not confuse it with another smaller town Rüdesheim an der Nahe. It is considered one of the most romantic places in the whole of Europe owing to its scenic beauty and the peaceful atmosphere it provides. It is also very suited for a vacation for family as the place provides plenty of hotels and rooms for accommodation at relatively cheap rates. Music and dance are said to be extremely common in almost all the local restaurants, pubs and inns that are situated here.
