Well when a dog is neutered it means that their testicles have been removed, the source of sperm, so she probably isn't pregnant by your two dogs.
However, she may still be pregnant if she has been around any other dogs that have not ben neutered. Being outside at home, around in parks, etc. Are ways that she could have been exposed to a dog that could have impregnated her.
Take her to a vet and get her checked out or wait and see if you get a blessed surprise!
