How Do I Help A Stray/skittish Sick Cat?

I have a stray at my house that was starving when I moved in(she had babies) so I fed her,I can't let her starve! I noticed she cocked her head to one side and has very poor balance,it seemed to improve over time, but now it's worse than before, her head almost hits the ground she has it cocked so far over. Technically she's not mine,And I can't catch her to take her to a vet,do you know what this could be? How do I help her? Thanx!!

You need to get her to a vet. Usually your local animal shelter has traps they will lend or rent so that you will be able to catch her. I never like the idea of using a trap, it seemed kind of cruel, but if she is sick she needs attention. Also, she should be spayed. Many vets or animal shelters will spay strays at a low cost. Then they can be released without the problem of them creating even more stray/unwanted cats. Good luck!
