Is 60 Degrees Hot,warm,or Cold?

This really depends on a couple things. First, are you speaking of Celsius or Fahrenheit. Kodi has answered about Celcius.

Fahrenheit depends on if you are in winter or summer. In summer, 60 is cool or kind of chilly but in winter, 60 would be concidered warm. Most people set their thermostat at 70 + or - a few degrees year around and that seems to be the most pleasant along with being somewhat economical.

60 degrees is very hot if i try to stay somewhere that temperature is 60 degrees i will ill or die  because my body can't tolerate this temperature i think most of the existences in world can't tolerate this temperature so 60 degrees is hot.

I think 60 degrees is pretty warm, in illinois, i was just out and it was 47 degrees, and it wasn't bad, in May

For me, 60 degrees is hot.  I like it to be about 30, and im talking about degrees farenheit.  I seem to be the exception, though.  Everyone in my family gets hot easily.  My grandmother used to run the air conditioning all year round, even in winter.  We live in CT

60 Degrees Celcius is very hot, try taking a shower at 50 Degrees, not something you wanna do twice, not after those skingrafts.
60 Degrees Farenheit is cold enough you send a shiver across your very chest.
