How Do I Get Free Vet Advice For My Dog?
I am new to blurtit and want to get some free vet advice for my 12 yr old husky male who isn't doing very well - we have taken him to the vet twice $400 later and on the second antibiotic we still don't see improvement

All i know is that pumpkin in a can could help settle dog's stomachs. Sorry i cant be of much help.

Have you tried the pumpkin in a can trick?
No....we just did another vet trip and he was diagnosed with bladder cancer - it was a rough weekend as he is losing continence and we are having to face a hard decision at this point. Thank you so much for your care and cencern - our Jimmi is going to heaven soon.
Another product soothing to the bowels is arrowroot. This is a powder. You need about 2 tablespoons at a time. Mix it to a paste with cold water, then slowly add in boiling water, a little at a time while you stir. If you do it right it turns into a thick clear paste. If it just won't do this, heat it for 10 seconds in the microwave. Feed him this paste with just a little of something to make it taste interesting (it is very bland on its own). BTW, this stuff is good if you have an upset stomach yourself.

My 13 year old lab is having trouble standing. Her feet go out from under her. She does not lose her pee, and she has an appetite, but this is the second time she hasn't been able to stand, and I'm worried.

I have a saint bernard with an elongated tongue..it hangs out the side of her mouth quite a distance..her teeth are bad and i'm sure it's because of her tongue..is there any kind of surgery that can be done to help her out
