What Do You Suggest To Keep Rodents From Digging Into The Dirt Foundation?

I have a brick front on my house with cement on the foundation and then the ground and chipmunks are digging holes where the cement ends and the dirt start.

This is an unproven idea but I think you could bury some type of wire with holes they cannot squeeze through just a few inches below the surface. They cannot get through it and it will begin to grate on their paws. They will stop before any irreparable harm has been done. Ammonia may also help but it would have to be reapplied every so often to maintain an effective barrier.

Moth balls work very well and put them all around the house and they will go away!!! They don't like the smell of them!!!! Good luck!!!
